The staff were all very pleasant, superfriendly. Location in the center of the city was a plus. Also, I was around 10-15 minutes walk from Betty's Farm Shop.

My first room was extremely hot.

great park access and nearby landmarks make for easy explorations

I found the atmosphere very nice, with a lovely casual decor and very good food, especially the sublime short rib of beef. Plus, the quick walk to St Wystan's Church was perfect for a peaceful city stroll among beautiful landmarks.

Amazing place with its off-site car park, friendly staff, and a cozy bar/lounge area. I remember how the staff helped return my forgotten jewelry. Highly recommend trying the very nice breakfasts! I'm coming back for a holiday.
